Chris Monroe, award-winning author, artist and illustrator, is coming to Fosston on May 19th. She has written and illustrated 10 picture books, including the series "Monkey With a Tool Belt.” Her presentation at the Fosston Public Library will begin with a light brown bag supper at 6:00 PM and her presentation starting at 6:30.
