Aurora Center for the Arts Theater

The Aurora Center for the Arts theatre has one of the busiest stages in the region.

The theatre seats 150+ and is known for its intimate setting and superb acoustics. Thanks to active board members, generous state, local and private funding, and a supportive community, the theatre has hosted performers from all over the state and beyond.

Theater Rental Information

The theater house seats 154, with 5 openings for wheelchair seating. The stage is 32’ wide by 21’ deep and is wired for electrical.

Summer Children’s Theater

In the Summer 2025 the theater will be busy. We have Alice in Wonderland Jr. (7th-12th grades) is set to perform at the end of June (June 25-28) and Space Pirates (3rd-6th grades) in Early August (Aug 7-10). Below you can find the Space Pirates Audition Form and payment link.
